Hoi,
This issue was raised before; it seems that there is some official
sanctioning for this. The precise details were never made clear. At that
time both Jimmy and Angela were involved in different ways..

Wikimedia were in contract negotiations with them in February, but I
don't know what came of those. Brad's email at
http://mail.wikimedia.org/pipermail/foundation-l/2006-February/006096.html
is basically the last info I have on this.

Shouldn't we have some 'Authorized to use Wikimedia logos' page? On meta
perhaps?
