Hmm... won't this potentially mess up support for multiple hostnames/
backends? Using the example from the man page:

if (req.http.host ~ "^(www.)?example.com$") {
set req.backend = www;
}

I assumed this would match example.com and Example.com. Is this not
the case?

Now it is, I just changed regexp's to be case insensitive.
