This is probably a configuration error on my part but in testing
varnish works as expected except with name-based virtual hosts.

I have apache running on port 8080 and vlc running on port 80 with
varnishd_listen=":80"
varnishd_telnet="localhost:81"

I have no idea what the telnet option is for and the firewall doesn't
pass 81 maybe that is or will be a problem.

Any suggestions for documentation in addition to the manuals and the
on site faq will also be appreciated.
