Hello,
I'm on a windows 2003 server installation and when i want to upgrade my
0.7 installation to 0.7.1, it didn't work

Everytime I run trac-admin, I've this message :

Traceback (most recent call last):
File "trac-admin", line 34, in ?
import trac.siteconfig
ImportError: No module named siteconfig

I've tryed this :
- I've uninstalled 0.7, and then install 0.7.1
- I maked (or not) a setup.py install
- I've done trac-admin on an 0.7 database or a nonexistant database
- I changed PYTHONPATH environnement variable (at that moment, that
variable is non initialized)

Does someone have an idea ?
