erm, how do i extend python's search path?

Did you run ./setup install? it should have installed a trac dir in the
site-packages dir in your python installation. For me it installed to:
/usr/lib/python2.3/site-packages/trac/
If you did run ./setup install, maybe the trac module is not in python's
search PATH?
