libsrs_alt-0.3 released, available at

http://srs.mirtol.com/

THIS VERSION (to the best of my knowledge) IS COMPLIANT WITH OTHER IMPLEMENTATIONS OF SRS - this means that addresses generated by v0.1 and v0.2 will be REJECTED.

Also includes a minor change to the exim patch.
