txt records
my domain has an existing TXT record but i want to upgrade to spf. is
there a way to keep my existing TXT information and just add spf
information to it? or does spf basically obliterate other uses of TXT.

Mike,

You are permitted to have two TXT records--your old record and one SPF TXT record.

By the way, I checked out xoba.com and see that you are using the PTR directive. It is designed to be used as a last resort. The other directives are much more efficient in use.
