I have not the faintest idea how that would work,
I'm not in the "trouble ticket team".

In theory folks using the contact form should be
able to pick "support". But for unclear reasons
about once per week they end up in the "topic:
SPF Website" moderation queue. From there I can
approve (=> mail to SPF Webmasters), do nothing
(=> mail discarded), discard (ditto), or send a
mail to me.

Today I sent two "off topic: We site" mails to
me, answered one (it was a German help request),
and forwarded the other mail to SPF help (here).

Just as an explanation what happened from my POV.

Frank

I'd assumed that it had a ticket system, similar to the helpers.
Looking at the choice of words, I can understand why anybody who isn't
a native speaker (and many who are) would pick the webmaster option.
Maybe some re-wording would help.

Not a problem, I'd made assumptions about the back end. I'll drop the
OP a line, CCd to this list.
