I hoped that the new explanation is clear... :-( If you've ideas
how to improve the "unauthorized" page please say so.

Can I format that slightly differently when I've time ?

The long SPF policy results in a very wide left column
with my browser, maybe just removing "out2.bigbank.com"
can fix this.

The "headers" are also completely confusing, what I get
is something like this layout:

Mail header for case 1 in case 1 (split by blank line),
More header for case 1 but otherwise fine.

long long policy for case 1....................very long

HEADER FOR CASE 2 Some annotation for case 2

etc. almost as for case 1

The headers somewhere "within" the relevant case instead
of the begin, proposed layout:

Mail header for case 1 Some annotation for the mail
More header for case 1 header (not split by blank line)

Substantial nit: Mention that include only works if the
policy exists, and that it can savely end with "?all" if
the bulk mailer prefers that. Of course they must still
list all their outgoing IPs for a PASS, but they're not
forced to use FAIL: NEUTRAL vs. FAIL makes no difference
in the "including" policy, the customers (bigbank) have
their own "-all" (or "?all" if they're lame cowards. :-)

Yes, I ended up on the "unauthorized" page. Explanation was clear. No
