I have put version 1.8 of my SPF routines on my website

The changes since version 1.7 are:
- The values returned by SPFHasMX() have changed.
- Fixed bug: Parsing a domain-spec containing a slash did not work.
- Fixed bug: In the DLL the functions SPFSetWhiteList(), SPFSetBestGuess()
and SPFSetOurDomain() have not been correctly exported.
