Let's use the file name extension ".yml" -- ".yaml" is an unusual form.

Also, I changed the files' base names:

spftest.yaml -> rfc4408-tests.yml
pyspf.yaml -> pyspf-tests.yml

...and I renamed the "old-data" dir to "contrib".
