Multiple lines of yelling?

Hi all,

I just recieved a typical Nigerian spam, and almost the entire body of the mail was in capital letters.
SA did trigger it as spam, but only at a total score of 10.4, and i noticed that it only triggered

0.5 LINES_OF_YELLING BODY: A WHOLE LINE OF YELLING DETECTED (yes, score tweaked by me)

It did not trigger the other "yelling-rules" (LINES_OF_YELLING_2 and LINES_OF_YELLING_3)
but it did catch the rule "UPPERCASE_75_100" at a score of 0.0
I'm going to tweak that score... ;-)

I want it to catch the other "yelling-rules" also. Do they work at all?
I have tweaked a few scores and added a few custom rulesets (Chickenpox among others)
but I have not hacked anything in /usr/share/spamassassin

I've seen the other rules work, or at least the 2-line rule, but I never
particularly analyzed what triggered them.
