No, but you can use amavisd-new to act as the conduit for SpamAssassin
AND a virus scanner.

No. Spamassassin does nothing to stop delivery of a message. And the virus
would only be marked as spam. Procmail could do it, but you would spend your
life keeping it updated. It's best to have a tool that does one thing very
well. Try clamAV.
