Is this normal?
Running a test to get a filter working, I notice these two lines:

Malformed UTF-8 character (unexpected continuation byte 0xba, with no
preceding start byte) in transliteration (tr///) at
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.1/Mail/SpamAssassin/PerMsgStatus.pm line 1292.
Malformed UTF-8 character (unexpected continuation byte 0xba, with no
preceding start byte) in transliteration (tr///) at
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.1/Mail/SpamAssassin/PerMsgStatus.pm line 1293.

Is this expected?

Are you using RedHat? I believe there's a FAQ on UTF-8 on RedHat,
something about PERL being broken...
