Hrm. It'll also rebuild DB_File based databases, which is good, for
instance, if you have a DB v7 seen DB that should be upgraded to v8.

Hmmmm...good point. I'm open to other suggestions, the old
description was too confusing when considering an upgrade from vX ->
vY of the base database.

Anyone else have an opinion on this? Should I back it out? Replace
it? or just leave it as is?

How about a slight modification?

"Migrate data from older version/non DB_File based databases"

I don't think there's going to be a real solution for the short doc line,
but the larger section below in the docs can explain it for those who'll
be confused no matter what we do.
