ok, the problem here is that your server isn't adding a Received header to the
message before it's scanned. As a result, SA thinks *you* are
mta07-svc.ntlworld.com, and that the only hop before the scanning machine is the
originator.

It's important that your relay add Received headers before scanning... is this
possible?

The problem seems to have been down to the way amavis works as a sendmail
milter - SA is used to process the message before a Received header is
written. The problem is resolved for me, as I have changed my mailhost layout
recently - if there is any work to be done on this, I suspect it is down to the
milter people rather than SA.

That sounds odd -- amavis should *definitely* take care to add a received hdr
with whatever data they got during the SMTP transaction, as otherwise SA won't
be able to look up DNSBLs reliably. but hey, that's one for them to take care of ;)
