Hello everyone,

I'm using RT 4.2.9 and I have one principal question:

In a queue where many tickets are created with different owners, I
want users
to access only tickets that they own, How can I do that ?

At a minimum you'll want to grant ModifyTicket, ShowTicket to Owner.

-m
