Could your help me please,
i would like to create a script on resolve, that update custum field called
“ Type-Intevention†with one of 2 value
Value 1 : “On Site†: when the resolution date time is in Business hour “
Between 09am & 18pm from Monday to Friday
Value 2 : “Hors Site†: when the resolution date time is hors Business Hour
“ between 18pm and 09am, Sunday & Saturday
