Hi! Do you stille develop RealTracker? I have some ideas and suggestions
for it - we use it on www.wiktor.dk It would be nice if it could handle
danish character as ÆØÅæøå Right now the characters look like this: Ville
en h=F8jskole g=E5 ind under begrebet kommerciel virksomhed ? "ø" becomes
"=F8" "å" becomes "=E5" And some (alot) of our subjects looks like this
=?iso-8859-1?Q?Lige_et_lille_sp=F8rgsm=E5l_til...?= Another suggestion:
Would it be possible to filter out HTML in HTML-messages (I hate it!) A
message could look like this (se below). Thanks for a great script! /Lasse

Request Tracker. We'll hope to have the next version released in the end
of June, but a workable version for the elite hackers should be available
already at the 18th of March according to our ambitious time scheduele.
This version will handle MIME attachments and quoted-unreadable perfectly.
I think it will simply work, even with Chinese signs - but at least for
ISO-8859-1, which is used in most of Europe and Scandinavia.

Tobias has already answered the buts about RT 1.1. WRT the attachments issue,
you may want to look at the contributed "stripmime" tool in ftp://ftp.fsck.com/pub/rt/contrib

Sounds great!

Well, a little suggestion more:
Sometimes our queue is very long, it would be nice if the page at top could
tell how many mails in the queue.

Is there an announce-mailinglist - so I can get the new version as soon as
it's ready? :-)

There are patches for setting limits for how many requests to show. We
will of course adopt this feature in the new WebRT. Counters ... well, my
employer has requested statistics, so I'll probably build in methods for
fetching statistics into the library, then it should be easy to get this
into the web interface as well.

Announcements will go both to the user list and the devel list. If you're
interessted in RT you'll want to take them in anyway.
