rsyslog 8.19 IPv4 only
We've been using this line in the past to run rsyslog on an IPv4 port
only.

ExecStart=/usr/bin/rsyslogd -n -iNONE -4

This no longer works on Debian hosts and prevents rsyslog from restarting.
I did read in the documentation about the *net.ipprotocol* option in
rsyslog.conf, but using this option gives me an error in the config
option. I check the config file using the rsyslogd -N1 option.

What is the best way to have syslog run only on IPv4 in the newer versions
(8+) of rsyslog?
