A new minor-release version of ripMIME is now available.
The changes between 1.3.2.3 and 1.4.0.0 are primarily in the header handling/processing. ripMIME now can handle a lot
more malformed emails and exploits than before.
If you're having issues with attachments slipping through, then I suggest moving to 1.4.0.0. The only two additional
parameters available are:
--no-multiple-filenames : Don't create additional hardlinks to the attachment if there are multiple filenames
--verbose-defects: Report header/mailpack defects as they're found.
The latter is useful if you wish to explicitly deny emails with defective headers (ie, potential exploits).
