Mailing List Archive: OSPF timers : default

The source code has these defaults which are used when you issue the
command you mentioned:

/* SPF Throttling timer values. */
#define OSPF_SPF_DELAY_DEFAULT 0
#define OSPF_SPF_HOLDTIME_DEFAULT 50
#define OSPF_SPF_MAX_HOLDTIME_DEFAULT 5000
