This serie of patches is the enhancement of graceful restart feature for the VPNv4
address family. It mainly consists in looping over more safi values in bgpd processing code.
End of Rib specific message is also updated to take VPNv4 address family into account.
One patch allow to configure the value of the preserve forwarding state bit present in
Graceful restart capability of OPEN message. Here is an example of the commands:
bgp graceful-restart preserve-fw-state
no bgp graceful-restart preserve-fw-state
A test enhancement is also proposed, with a Graceful Restart capability for VPNv4
address family and preserve forwarding state bit set.
