At present zebra on Solaris tries to maintain its view of network interface
state through use of Solaris IP interfaces. These two things are not quite the
same thing and lead to some problems.

Libdevinfo, which goes back to at least Solaris 7, should be used instead, to
allow for true link-centric view on Solaris.

Problems arise particularly with use of non-IP protocols, such as isisd.
