It concerns the same attribute, but it is not related to bug #354, as that
affected input-side parsing of it.
If this is a Quagga bug, it's in output of that attribute (or something earlier
in the UPDATE). But nothing has changed there recently, afaicr.
Can we get a 'pcap' format packet dump of the problematic UPDATES? (e.g. using a
tool such as snoop, wireshark, tcpdump, etC)?
