its been a few years since ive installed qmail and it appears the build
for netqmail_1.16 with
roberto-netqmail-1.06_auth_tls_force-tls.patch-latest doesn't work any
longer. it patches fine, but the STARTTLS isn't firing. I've tested
with "telnet 1.2.3.4 587" but it returns with no STARTTLS message.

has anyone tried to install the lates netqmail-1.06 with tls and auth
smtp and force tls? seems like such a simple build but it is broken.
