I have just been elected (at my new job) to set up a new mail routing
system. The obvious candidate for me was Qmail. The thing that I didn't
know at the tim etwas that the routing system has to deal with a firewall.
I was asked, and thus am asking: I have a mail machine (mail.example.net),
this is the primary MX for my domain (example.net), what do I do on the
firewall (energystone.example.net) to make mail from
hokus@mail.example.net appear as though it's comming from
pokus@example.net? Assuming that the firewal is the only route to
the final destination. (note: I have never worked with firewalls befor).
