id() on Win64

I think the Alpha is okay. The problem is strange type models
were int is 32 bits and pointers are 64. AFAIK, the Alpha uses
64 bits for both.

is this true for linux alpha too?

it's definitely true for tru64; we've been using python
extensively on that platform since 1995:
