Why is it when the following code executes, I will usually get the finger
output _before_ the output of the first print statement. Now, sometimes I
can get it in the proper order when run from the command line, and
sometimes not, and _never_ when the output is piped into another program or
it is run as a cgi script.
print "Content type: text/html\n\n";
print "<pre>\n";
system ("finger $arg\@x500.jsc.nasa.gov");
print "</pre>\n";
