I am using CTIME.PL in a routine and it seems that it is returning the
string with XXX for the variable $TZ (time zone). I have a NT system
environment variable TZ defined as CST6CDT5 but seems to have no effect on
the variable. I can't see within the ctime.pl routine how it defines $TZ to
be XXX in the return string.
How does one set the time zone? Shouldn't it get it from the system for the
Control Panel Date/Time routine?
Can anyone help me on this?
