In case people missed it in the long thread, the repository for data checks
is at https://github.com/Ovid/data-checks

It's currently private, so if you'd like to help design this system, please
send me your github username so I can add you. (For those who don't use
github, my apologies)

I'd like to have the syntax mostly agreed upon before finalizing a
proposal and opening it up.
