DAVEM TPF Grant#3 Mar 2023 report
This is my monthly report on work done during March 2023 covered by
my TPF perl core maintenance grant.

I mainly continued work on making the stack reference counted.

Since the basic code is working (but not merged yet), I concentrated more
at looking at distributions which were reported to fail on a perl built
with PERL_RC_STACK.

SUMMARY:
4:49 BBC: Blead breaks RCLAMP/Devel-LeakTrace-0.06.tar.gz (Issue #20952
22:11 make stack reference counted
11:35 process p5p mailbox
3:52 review PR #20918: Regex bug fixes, refactoring (macroization) and code
------
42:27 TOTAL (HH::MM)
