Hi,

I've been crosscompiling for win32 and I'm merging some of the
ntperl stuff in (not very much as of yet).

If someone else wishes to play with this, here's part of my changes
(the part that (hopefully) doesn't break non-crosscompiling)

If you want to use Wine to run the win32 test programs from configure
you'll have to get a patch for wine from me or wait for the
next release of wine.
