Re: Ntop Digest, Vol 158, Issue 15
Hi Simone,

Can you please give me a call on Monday to arrange a time to troubleshoot. It is not picking up the other networks.

Thank you,

Chris,

If you have 4 networks and you want to see them as separated, specify them using the ntopng -m option, for example:

-m"192.168.1.0/26,192.168.1.64/26,192.168.1.128/26,192.168.1.192/26"

Regards,
Simone

There should be 4 networks under the 192.168.0.0/16 range and 1 network in the 172.16.0.0/16 range. Any help is much appreciated. We can also purchase the license if you like but I am not sure which one we should buy. I am just trying to see how the software will help us in analyzing network traffic and addressing bandwidth hogs on the network. Thank you.

Chris,

I can't reach you on the phone. Use our official GitHub issue tracker to ask for assistance (https://github.com/ntop/ntopng/issues <https://github.com/ntop/ntopng/issues>). Post all the ntopng logs along with its version and all the information you think will help us in understanding your issue.

You may also want to consider that we offer a 5-days installation support with every license purchase on our shop.

Regards,

Simone

Re: Ntop Digest, Vol 158, Issue 15 [ In reply to ]

Regards,

Thank you.
