I need to know how NTOP in Web mode determines the traffic throughput. How
is the Actual/Avg/Peak computed based on what time frame. I think it is
based on the -r flag in the startup options but I not sure. SInce some of
the numbers look to high from what I have seen. I would appreciate any
information on the computation of this information.
