I also see this problem and it is is easily reproducible. Start ./zsend on
machine-A before starting ./zbalance_ipc on machine-B - game over on
machine-B. If a reboot doesn't happen automatically, the system gets locked
up and a hard reset is required.

If you start ./zbalance_ipc OR stop ./zbalance_ipc while data is being sent
bad things happen.

I haven't had the cycles to chase this; have been working around it. But
this will soon climb the priority list and must be fixed because when
deployed I can't control the send-side.

this seems to be a different issue, what is the pf_ring version you are running?
