*Something* just happened with a significant impact. I have customers in two markets who sent traceroutes showing breakage on AS3356 backbone. Whatever it was resolved before I could shift traffic to other providers and try workarounds. I can't rule out a return path on HE for one of them.

We saw high PL to Ashburn. We dropped our peers and connections to route servers @ DE-CIX. HE confirmed they are having issues with the router that connects to DE-CIX.

Same here - we’re with HE and Level3 in NYC and not seeing any issues.

I'm an HE customer and confirmed with their NOC that they had issues with
their NY router(s). No official explanation yet but the issue appears to
have cleared an hour ago.
