I've just learned of an area outage of iQ services in the western
Washington state area.

One of our T1s is down and their IVR acknowledges the outage. Awaiting
further info...

Service seems to have been restored. Qwest Master ticket #NB141070 .

It looks like I spoke too soon. Qwest is still experiencing a
"transport issue" in western WA.

We had a circuit bounce in Chicago and lost all BGP peers (to MPLS cloud).
Called their support they mentioned a fiber cut from CHI to indiana. I'm
still waiting for more info
