Seeing all kinds of instability with XO on the west coast (SFO and Irvine, CA specifically). Interface /30s are intermittently unreachable and appear to be intermittently in and out of BGP based on L3's LG. Internetpulse.net looks pretty bad for XO as well. Anyone have any details?
