Any one see mydomain.com go off line for about an hour taking all their
registrants with them? As of now they seem to be back at least serving out
domains, but the control panel isn't working.

Seen from the UK and Australia.

I see two different AS numbers across several announcements, yet all
appear to be offline, or are at least unresponsive to me:
