Detail:
There was a fiber bundle cut in Walla, Walla WA. The cut is affecting Qwest services including POTS lines, DSL lines, T1 lines& higher facility services. Qwest is working on splicing and repairing the damaged fiber cable, customers will come up as their splicing is done, estimated repair is currently showing 3:00 PM Pacific time zone.
