Thanks - no, I was trying to call in from Bell Canada long distance trunks
in Canada....
They did confirm they are having some Oracle CRM issues that are effecting
internal calls but that reaching them shouldn't be a problem - I'm presuming
this was a long distance trunk problem possibly...

We had a BGP issue with L3 down in Atlanta that cause our voice to
have air calls/fast busy. From about 8 to noon Eastern.
