We just lost connectivity to numerous DSL circuits in central California
within seconds of each other, multiple DSLAMs in multiple COs. I'm
having trouble reaching anyone at Verizon that understands and/or cares.
They want to open trouble tickets on each DSL phone number wit ha
24-hour response.
Anyone else having the same issue? Anyone who has a working Verizon
number in VADI/ATM department that is open 24/7?
