Qwest issues in Southern California?
We're seeing several T1s bouncing. On the phone to Qwest NOC now but
nothing definitive yet.

Just us?

We've seen this as well. Might be coincidental, but worth mentioning. Particular client is in the SF Bay area.

Fixed now. Qwest acknowledged a hardware failure. Circuits came back
at 14:30 PDT.

I know Verizon has a big copper bundle that was severed in Sante Fe
Springs, and are in the process of pulling new cable with an ETA of
6pm EDT. It took out a couple of customer T1. I doubt it's related
though.

And bringing it back on topic, the Qwest circuits are going crazy again.
They're working on it, ETR 2100 PDT. Qwest ticket # 4587105.
