I'm working from home today and I'm seeing some very weird issues that appear to be routing related. I'm in Westchester NY on Verizon Fios. I have reachability to some sights, but even those seem to be slowly disappearing. Global routing issues?

Looks like it is back up, somewhat. I was unable to trace from Time
warner telecom Austin to time warner road runner. now I am tracing
through Dallas but it used to trace through an Austin cross
connect(Duval or Downtown) between twtelecom.net and res.austin.rr.com
