My blackberry hasn't received any email from the imap server at work
(not BES) since 12:30pm today.

It's a BIS outage, not BES (thankfully). All my users are just fine as well.

the outage is not for BES

it applies to additional email accounts you set up on the device.

i wanted to check "official" status before passing along the report,
but what looked like the official site gave this:

Home > Support > North American Network Status
North American Network Status

The network status lookup feature is no longer available online.
Please contact your Carrier Service Manager for any issues related to
network infrastructure.

haven't carried a BB since last year. what's the right place to check?
