I confirmed with ATT at 1400EST that indeed 10digit at txt.att.net is down. At
that time they didn?t have an ETR.

Just tested now - appears to be working again.

Is anyone aware of a major outage at ENOM.com? I have a client using them
for e-mail and DNS and they have had no e-mail for over 48 hours. They're a
small company, so an outside e-mail provider made sense, but at this point,
I can't even make DNS changes so I can't move their e-mail anywhere.
