I had a transport OC3 drop at 1136CDT and restore at 1142CDT - it rides
Telwest via Telx at 2323 Bryan where it hands off to Looking Glass/Level 3.

Granted, the same circuits went down one week ago:

On August 9 at approximately 5:30pm CST, telx experienced a temporary
loss of power on the MMR DC plant at 2323 Bryan. Since that time, telx

Digital Realty Trust (DRT), have been working to ensure the
functionality of the system and determine the reason for outage. At
this time, telx and DRT have confirmed that all systems are functioning
properly and continue to investigate the reason for the power
interruption. Upon completion of the investigation, a full post mortem
will be distributed to affected customers.

I've gotten word from a couple sources that that's the exact provider
(Telx) who's responsible for this today. One of the sources is seeing
problems on the 24th floor of some Telx facility in Dallas. It will be
interesting to see how this pans out.
