As of around 15:30 Pacific, Quest has had a fiber cut down in Santa
Clara, CA. I've got MCI circuits down in the bay area as a result,
ATT seems to be OK...MCI doesn't have an eta currently, but I can't
imagine more than a few hours at this point...
