ospf metrics coming out 0
Does anyone have any idea what could cause connected routes exported into
ospf area 0 on one juniper router and sent across an interface with a
metric value specified for the interface on both sides to another juniper
router come out on the other side with a metric of 0?

Yes lo0.0 is being included on all routers. Some links do it, some don't,
Intra origin routes are always fine and have correct metrics but Ext2's
across certain links (including one where the metrics are fine in one
direction across the link but not the other direction). Weirdest thing
I've ever seen and I can't find any documentation that is even slightly
helpful to troubleshoot it.

Ext type 2 ?does not count intra-AS metric...

192.168.0.0/30 Ext2 Network IP 0 fe-0/0/0.0 99.99.0.2

lab@lab# set policy-options policy-statement conn then external type 1

192.168.0.0/30 Ext1 Network IP 1 fe-0/0/0.0 99.99.0.2

Do you feel this is not right ? when exporting to ospf... what is the metric
for a non-ospf connected network ?
